AgForce SIQ: Getting your Unimproved Land Value Right

Landholders in Western Downs Regional Council, Maranoa Regional Council and Balonne Shire Council local government areas have recently been issued with updated, unimproved capital land valuations by the Queensland Government. Valuations have increased up to 80.6% (WDRC), 98.8% (MRC) and 98.5% (BSC) across the region.

Join us for this free AgForce workshop in Roma, Bymount and St George on how to appeal your unimproved capital land valuation, with our Land Valuation Consultant, John Moore.
