Cape York NRM recently hosted their 2025 Grazing Forum in Laura on the 20-21 May. The event brought together graziers, land managers, Traditional Owners, stakeholders, and industry experts for two days of connection, learning and practical insight.
The forum covered a broad range of topics, from savanna fire management and disaster resilience to AgTech innovation and environmental markets. A live drone demonstration and discussion on carbon and natural capital accounting created significant interest, as well as sessions on phosphorus supplementation and cattle genetics.
