Carbon Farmers of Australia (CFA) is proud to introduce the Inaugural Nature-Based Solutions Conference & Expo. CFA previously hosted the only regional conference dedicated to supporting the carbon farming industry – the National Carbon Farming Conference & Expo – for the benefit of rural and regional Australia. Many lasting connections were made.
The National Carbon Farming Conference & Expo was established in 2007. The tenth conference was held in May 2022, with over 400 attendees and almost 40 exhibitors.
The Inaugural Nature-Based Solutions Conference & Expo is expected to be at least twice the size and scope of its predecessor. More space, more speakers, and more topics for the biggest audience of our dedicated farmers and landholders than ever before.
As climate change marches forward, and the effects on the land intensify, it’s obvious that we need ALL solutions. Other nature-based solutions are being identified:
