Hear from succession expert Scott Patterson who will give local business owners strategic advice and practical solutions on how to manage succession and negotiation to ensure your business remains sustainable and profitable during the succession or acquisition process.

Cost
- $50.00 Registration Fee per participant. Extra family members are $10.00 per person. Includes catering for the day.
About your presenters
Scott Patterson – Having grown up on family grazing properties in western and southern Queensland, Scott has a desire to support and help develop regional Australia. This has seen him focus his contribution as a business and community leader around his acknowledged expertise in business management, governance, and structuring for growth.
Geoff Penton – A natural resource manager and Landcare specialist with over 30 years of experience, Geoff brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Southern Gulf NRM. Geoff’s dedication to the industry has stemmed from growing up in a family farming and tourism business background, and he strives to have a positive impact on the Southern Gulf region.
TNQ Drought Hub Facilitator
Dr Jane Oorschot – Jane has extensive human resource management experience in both technical and managerial roles across the public and private sectors. Jane has strengths in coaching, facilitation, performance management, strategic workforce planning, stakeholder engagement and strategic project delivery. Jane is also an experienced Human Resources Management and Management Lecturer coordinating and delivering undergraduate and post graduate programs.
