TNQ Producer Group: Expression of Interest

Join our Producer Group for Beef businesses and discover the power of data-driven decision-making.

We are looking for producers in the CAPE YORK and GULF SAVANNAH regions who want to learn how data-driven decision-making can lead to better outcomes, more informed strategies and improved overall performance.

As member of the producer group, you will receive:

  • Comprehensive training on how to collect data
  • Assistance in conducting a comprehensive business analysis and plan
  • Help setting meaningful tech adoption goals
  • A connectivity desktop audit
  • Expert guidance on optimal digital options and upgrades available to you

What we anticipate from you:

  • Active participation in regular online meetings to discuss the outcomes of various activities.
  • Contribution of producer-driven ideas and engagement in upskilling opportunities through the business analysis exercise.
  • Involvement in face-to-face training and workshops.
  • Willingness to share knowledge with the community.
  • There might be some financial aspects when planning and organizing training and workshops (though not mandatory).

Participants will have opportunities to collaborate, exchange experiences, and share best practices with each other. This collective knowledge sharing will strengthen the group’s resilience as a whole.

Connectivity Desktop Audit

Your business will also receive a connectivity desktop audit. The Audit is designed to assess the current connectivity infrastructure of each business. The audit will examine the existing network setup, internet connectivity, and other relevant communication systems used, providing a clear understanding of your businesses’ current technological state and ability to support digital solutions. The audit will identify any weaknesses or limitations in the businesses’ connectivity infrastructure.

We conduct a thorough home and business equipment audit aimed at identifying any necessary upgrades or additional equipment required for seamless implementation of digital solutions. This audit ensures that your digital transformation is efficient and effective, enabling you to optimize your operations and achieve your business goals successfully.

Every business will receive a personalized recommendation statement, which offers expert guidance on the optimal options and upgrades available to them. This statement takes into careful consideration their budgets and specific business needs, ensuring that the proposed solutions are tailored to maximize efficiency and effectiveness for each individual business.
