This FREE comprehensive workshop is designed for both seasoned graziers and newcomers to the industry who want to optimize the financial systems in your grazing business.

  • Setting up, or reviewing a financial system including software options
  • Understanding the Chart of Accounts
  • The importance of herd records and what the information can tell you about herd and overall business performance

This workshop will be facilitated by Simone Parker, Senior Agribusiness Consultant from Bush AgriBusiness who specialises in developing and implementing strategy and business improvement and delivered by the TNQ Drought Hub and Cape York NRM
