DESCRIPTION:Family Business Matters is a one-day workshop aimed at providing grazing family businesses with the best resources in preparing for change. Allan Parker OAM of Peak Performance Development Pty Ltd will walk you through transition management and strategies for effective communication in the morning\, followed by the opportunity to workshop with your choice of financial or legal specialists in the afternoon\, as well as hear one family’s personal journey through succession. \nHow the day will work: \nIn the morning\, Allan Parker will blow your mind in his interactive sessions. \nAfter lunch\, you will have the option to select one of three sessions on the following topics:\n– running a family meeting with Allan Parker\n– investing for your business with Dallas Davison (Money Over 50)\n– business and legal considerations of succession with Sonia Chalk (PVW Partners) and Connie Navarro (Connie Navarro Legal) \nIn the afternoon\, we wrap up with an opportunity to ask any remaining questions as all the speakers come together for a Q&A panel. \nAt the end of the day\, we invite you to join us for a social evening to catch-up with the speakers and other attendees.
