DESCRIPTION:The Protected Cropping Australia 2023 Conference Committee are pleased to announce the PCA2023 Conference to be held at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre from the 17-20 July.\nThe conference theme for PCA2023 is “Growing our Future.” A range of inspiring and thought-provoking speakers\, exhibitors\, and sponsors from here in Australia and abroad will share their knowledge\, research\, and innovations to all delegates. \nProtected Cropping is one of the fastest growing horticultural sectors in Australia and PCA have an enviable reputation of running great events filled with knowledge building and networking opportunities. \nPCA is the peak industry body representing commercial hydroponic\, greenhouse and controlled environment growers in Australia and has a wide international following. \nA key feature of PCA2023 is working with our partners\, the allied trade and equipment suppliers to encourage greater grower attendance through subsidising up to 150 free grower trade show passes. This will allow entry to our popular exhibition trade show and include tailored skills training for growers to meet the needs of the various sectors PCA represent. \nThe Protected Cropping industry encompasses many sectors of horticulture including\, but not limited to fruits\, vegetables\, berries\, leafy greens\, herbs\, cut flowers\, nursery\, medicinal cannabis and aquaponics\, vertical farms and controlled environmental agriculture industries. \nAn innovative and fresh program of speakers\, networking events\, training and grower discussion panels will feature in addition to the regular conference program\, exhibition trade show\, conference dinner and the ever-popular farm tours. \nPCA will also collaborate with our partners to continue supporting our students and provide additional support to the protected cropping next generation cohort to attend and make new connections at this exciting\, not to be missed event.

SUMMARY:Inaugural Nature-Based Solutions Conference & Expo
DESCRIPTION:Carbon Farmers of Australia (CFA) is proud to introduce the Inaugural Nature-Based Solutions Conference & Expo. CFA previously hosted the only regional conference dedicated to supporting the carbon farming industry – the National Carbon Farming Conference & Expo – for the benefit of rural and regional Australia. Many lasting connections were made. \nThe National Carbon Farming Conference & Expo was established in 2007. The tenth conference was held in May 2022\, with over 400 attendees and almost 40 exhibitors. \nThe Inaugural Nature-Based Solutions Conference & Expo is expected to be at least twice the size and scope of its predecessor. More space\, more speakers\, and more topics for the biggest audience of our dedicated farmers and landholders than ever before. \nAs climate change marches forward\, and the effects on the land intensify\, it’s obvious that we need ALL solutions. Other nature-based solutions are being identified:
