Queensland Globe Mapping Workshop

An informative workshop to learn how to use Queensland Globe mapping application to gather property data to assist with land management.

Wanting to learn more on how Queensland Globe can be used to access spatial data and assist with property planning and mapping?

Join Reef Catchments for an informative workshop on how to use Queensland Globe to:

• Create detailed maps of your property including information on:

– drawing fence lines & watering points

– measuring paddock sizes and viewing historical satellite imagery

• Import and export data layers & generate property maps

• Gain access to a wealth of information on your properties land type, regional ecosystem, watercourse classification and vegetation management layers

At this workshop you will gain practical skills on how to use the QLD Globe mapping applications to access a wide range of spatial data and layers to assist your own property planning and decision making.

A laptop and mobile device are essential for the workshop.

Morning tea and lunch will be provided.
