FBA’s Farming for the Future Forum

Building resilience through regenerative agriculture.

FBA has pulled together some of the best minds in Australian agriculture to help central Queensland farmers improve their pasture, soil and animal health.

This three-day forum will help Fitzroy farmers make changes to improve their businesses’ productivity and resilience with regenerative agriculture practices. Carefully designed, the forum allows attendees
to learn new skills, find the right solution for their property and head home with a plan.

  • Dr Gundi Rhoades, Practice Owner Gowrie Vet Clinic
  • Peter Andrews OAM, Agricultural pioneer
  • plus many more

Cost: $220 per person (inc. GST) Forum fees include lunches (19, 20 &21 July), morning teas (20 & 21 July), afternoon teas (19 & 20 July), dinner (20 July) and transport to property visits.
Location: Rockhampton Heritage Village, Shearing Shed, Boundary Rd, Parkhurst Qld 4702

Day 1 10am – 6pm

Learn from the best and network. Guest speakers will introduce key challenges, concepts, and solutions.
Mingle with fellow farmers, guest presenters and extension professionals.

Day 2 8am – 5pm

Results in action. Visit local properties that are successfully practicing regenerative agriculture.

6:30pm – 9:30pm

Dinner discussions. Experts share insights over dinner.

Day 3 8am – 3pm

Apply knowledge and head home with a plan. Put new skills into action with the help of guest speakers, peers and extension experts.
