Producers are invited to attend a free drought resilience forum in Croydon

About this event

Join other producers from the area for an overnight Drought Resilience Forum in Croydon. This insightful, engaging and social event will look at extensive grazing production systems and strategies for building drought resilience.

Speaker topics:

  • Climate change forecasts
  • Business and financial management strategies that graziers are using to increase sustainability and drought resilience
  • Carbon and grazing
  • Current beef market drivers and forecasts
  • Soft skills for resilience

The forum will also include:

  • Practical sessions to prepare graziers to implement drought resilient strategies on their own properties
  • Lunch and dinner provided
  • Evening entertainment from singer-songwriter Jacynta Lee!
