2nd National Sovereign Food & Botanicals Symposium, 8 - 10 November

Program Lead for Agricultural Innovation & Commercialisation, Tony Matchett attended the second National Sovereign Food & Botanicals Symposium in Darwin hosted by the First Nations Bushfood & Botanical Alliance Australia.

The symposium highlighted the importance of First Nation engagement and the roles and respect allies can provide, while ensuring indigenous people lead, own and drive future growth of the bushfoods industry.

Tony noted the hub is well positioned to stand behind indigenous enterprises and support opportunities that build community resilience.
